ukrainian refugees can stay at his hotel for free in suceava, BUT keep in mind the places are limited. cat/dog owners have priority! if needed they will bring more beds/if the authorities demand that. ALSO spartan (center of suceava, not sure about other cities) are able to offer you a free meal, but you have to show them your ID.
i will update this post as soon as i find more organizations/people who are able to help so i highly recommend you to come back to this post every now and then.

Poate trimite un autocar MÂINE (sâmbătă) ora 12:00! Asigură transport, mâncare, cazare, repet, familii cu COPII, transportul se face de la Hotel Mandachi Suceava (evident, dacă sunt persoane care acceptă destinația). Забезпечує транспорт, харчування, проживання, повтор, сім'ї з ДІТЬМИ, транспорт здійснюється від готелю Mandachi Suceava (очевидно, якщо є люди, які приймають пункт призначення).
